We're a small Auckland building team — three qualified builders and an apprentice — and we take on one job at a time. That means you deal with the person swinging the hammer, not a project manager three sites away. Most of our work is villa and bungalow renovations: kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, and the structural work underneath that nobody sees. We're LBP licensed, we pull our own consents, and we clean up before we leave. !!!!!

Monday to Friday, 6am – 8pm Saturday by arrangement

Runs the day-to-day on site and does most of the finishing carpentry.

Qualified builder
Structural work, re-levelling, and anything involving a string line.

Apprentice builder
Second year, mostly on framing and decks under Sione's sign-off.
